WIP Wednesday: Shawl Progress

I love how the black and the grey look together. I’ve just started the lace portion of the shawl and I’m excited to see how it comes together. The rows are taking more time now but it still feels like a quick knit.

I’ve been bouncing around a bit, between the 2 characters on Star Wars and Fallout 4. I’m not great at Fallout 4 or games like it but Jon enjoys watching me, plus there’s crafting.

We secured the photographer Monday night! I know I’m far ahead on some things but considering our photographer does a lot of convention photography I wanted to make sure he’d be free that Saturday.

Maids of Misfortune: A Victorian San Francisco Mystery by M. Louisa Locke. I like the duel nature of one of the characters but she was caught out fairly early, which was annoying. I wanted to see her try to keep up the charade a bit longer.

Looks great. I love black and grey to wear. What is the pattern of the shawl btw. I find black yarn so hard to knit or any dark colours like navy blue. Gees I sound old!
