Dunes at Dusk

This is my second handspun yarn. It was one of the braids I bought last year at the fiber fetival because I loved the colors so much.

I adore the colors and how they play together. Some of them matched up but those that didn’t made such lovely barberpoles.

I could probably take a dozen more pictures and still not feel that I have enough of this beautiful yarn.

Jon named the yarn after I asked him for a bit of help on it. He said it remined him of the skies when he was overseas.

A quarter for comparison on the weight.

It’s pretty clear I’m in love with this and I can’t wait to clear off my wips a little to cast on with it.

If you’d like to link up and join FO Friday please leave your link below. It can be a link to your blog post, instagram, or Flickr post, so long as it’s your work.

If you’d link back to here so others can join it’d be greatly appreciated.

And don’t forget how much you love the comments so make sure to leave comments for those you visit. I also have links to other link ups in the side bar.
