WIP Wednesday: A little bit of Everything

I love how this yarn blends from one color to the next.

I’m three quarters of the way done with my first pretty fiber. Here’s the first bobbin, I should have the second done next week. Then it’ll be time to figure out the next step.

I’m pretty sure I would have finished this last night had I had enough trim. But then again, I ended up spending the rest of the night on the couch attempting to fight off the spring cold that ambushed me. Either way, a little trim and 2 seams and this dress will be done.

I finished up all of Lego Batman except for the DLC but I’ll go back to that later and it’ll be like a brand new game with everything already unlocked. Currently I’m playing LEGO The Hobbit – Wii U and enjoying it a lot. It’s just like all the other lego games with breaking, building, and exploring but there are a couple extra games added in alongside your questing, like collecting building materials and building larger structures within the game.

Bleeding Shadowsby Joe R. Landsdale. This is a good collection of horror and strange, including a story quite similar to a tale penned by Stephen King. As much as I love King’s work, this particular story was better written by Lansdale.

Your blue/green bobbin looks fantastic. I haven’t gotten to very much spinning at all in this new year. I have had the same “almost finished” bobbin on for probably about 2 months. Thanks for sharing your progress.
