WIP Wednesday: Stripy Purple

While this isn’t the project I wanted to focus on for a couple days, I am seeing the end of it coming up. The next pattern I’ve picked requires the needles I’m using and while I have DPNs of the right size, I don’t want to do this pattern on them because I don’t want to count the repeats. But I’ll also want another set of stripy, no thought socks on the needles for movies and such so I’ve ordered another needle. Meanwhile, I’ll have another pair of socks done soon.

One of my valentine’s gifts was a download code for Child of Light [Online Game Code]for the Wii U. It’s a single player game that I’ve been in somewhat in love with since I saw the first trailer for it. It’s so sweet that Jon remembered and got it for me. I love the art style and the story. I continue to be in love with it.

T. S. Livingston and the Mystery at Madame Molineaux’s. I haven’t made it very far into the book yet but I’m enjoying the twin girls who are the focus of the story and their sense of adventure. I’m looking forward to the mystery they uncover and how they deal with it.
