Cherie

I was so thrilled to start this … and so nervous. I spend far too much time on the Ugly FO board on Ravelry. I’ve seen some clothing that had a lot of time and thought put into them and came out just dreadful. I didn’t want to end up in that camp. So I turned to noevilliveon and asked what she thought of the pattern and the yarn combo. Having a second opinion bolstered my nerves and off I went.

I know I unintentionally messed up the lace at the bottom, but I still like it. It fits, it wears well (so far), and it’s pretty. All my concerns were for naught. It even fits well across the back of the neck.

I’ve only gotten to wear it once but it was to Knit Night and everybody complimented me on it and how well it looked. I’m looking forward to getting more use out of it once the temperature here cools down a bit.
