WIP Wednesday: Wildflowers Part Duex

Knitting:
The little squares are fun and cute, but they take quite a bit of concentration. Almost as soon as I pick up the stitches for one I’m back down to 1 stitch and it’s time to pick up more stitches. I have a completed cuff and I’m almost finished with the second one. Then I’ll pick up stitches all the way around and put them on a long circular to do two at a time. Then they’ll be great for travel socks so I’m hoping the yarn for a commission comes in soon.

Sewing:
March’s block is called Linoleum. I need to sew the small blocks together and then I’ll be ready to pick out fabric for April’s block.

Writing:
The girl finally has a name! And she has her pouch back, so they should be soon traveling closer to home.

Reading:

A Feast for Crows by George R.R. Martin. I still love the story and the characters. I’m really missing Tyrion’s chapters though and Brienne’s chapters are killing me. I’m a bit over halfway though so hopefully I’ll finish it up soon and be able to jump on the next book.
