Basic Socks

I actually finished these several weeks ago and as soon as they were done they were on my feet. They’re my favorite socks at the moment.

I shouldn’t have increased quite so much at the toes, perhaps not done the last 2 increase rounds. And I probably should have decreased a bit after the ankle. But these socks are ‘so’ comfy.

I did them toe up and 2 at a time so I could use every single bit of the yarn I had. I probably could have done a bit more of the ribbing but I’m thrilled with how much yarn I managed to use. This is all that’s left:

I do love these socks. Soft, squishy, and warm, you can’t ask for better.

Pattern: A little of this, a little of that

Also, I’m still in the writing contest. my entry this week was Oh No You Don’t!, a short little bit with a slight horror touch, but a happy twist ending. The poll is here, if you’d like to drop a vote for ShadowWolf13 I’d really appreciate it.
